On 4/1/09 Deputy Austin Cox was patrolling the 1300 block of West Hwy 67 and observed a vehicle travelling sixty-eight miles per hour in a posted fifty-five mile per hour speed zone. Deputy Cox initiated a traffic stop on said vehicle which resulted in the driver David Tonche being arrested for Driving While License invalid |
