On 11/15/09 at 8:26 pm Deputies were dispatched to 4168 N FM 199 in reference to a report of a terroristic threat. Complainant alleged that suspect had threatened to harm everyone at residence. Subsequently the suspect Jesus Rios was arrested and charged with terroristic threat. |
