On MOnday December 28 2009 Deputy James G Houk #1028 was on routine patrol working the hours from 6:00 am until 2:00 pm. At approximately 10:18 am deputy Houk was dispatched to the Somervell County Attorneys office located at 204 W Elm St in reference to a fraud case wherein suspect made unauthorized expenditures from complainant's bank account. |
