description:	On 12/29/2009 Deputy observed a vehicle travel through the stop intersection located at S W Barnard St and S Elm St without stopping at the stop sign. Deputy initiated a traffic stop on vehicle which resulted in the arrest of the driver. Erika Lynn Gee on a charge of DWI.
