description:	On 12/28/09 at 8:16 am, Garrett was dispatched to 5721 N Hwy 144 in reference to a vehicle blocking TXDOT driveway. Upon arrival Garrett noted at 2002 Cadillac blockiing the drive and requested a wrecker. Glen Rose Wrecker Service responded to my location and removed the vehicle.
