Basically, the order that Judge Merchan put out last before this did not explicitly include family members as being ones Trump could not threaten. That didn’t stop Thug Trump from continuing to threaten everybody, including Merchan’s daughter, with photos, so Alvin Bragg asked the judge to explicitly protect family members. This one does that.

If Trump violates this gag order he is put on notice that he will forfeit any statutory right he may have to access juror’s names if he engages in any conduct that threatens the safety and integrity of the jury or the jury selection process

The last part if interesting, says that any violation of this Order will result in sanctions under Judiciary Law 750 (A) (3) and 751. Here, from findalaw is the section on 751. Punishment for criminal contempts.
