I was early to the Commissioners Court yesterday, where I planned, and did, record the meeting on video and walked in early to the courtroom to set up. Was surprised to find the courtroom full of people who were there to attend an election board meeting. I set up the camera and started recording but it was about 15 minutes after the meeting had already started.
