8.Discuss/take action on 2025 golf cart fleet and beverage cart lease for Squaw Valley Golf Course.
9.Discuss/take action on agreement between NBC Sports Next, Golfnow and Somervell County for Squaw Valley Golf Course.

21.Executive Session: A closed meeting will be held pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Government Code (V.C.T.A) so that the Commissioners Court can seek and receive legal advice from its attorneys regarding pending or threatened litigation, settlement offers, claims, or other matters for which the attorneys’ duties to their client under the Texas State Bar Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct Conflicts with the Open Meetings Act (Ch.551, Gov. Code) if necessary for a subject contained on this agenda.
22.Take Action on Executive Session.
23.Executive Session: Personnel Matters. After having convened in open session, the Commissioners Court will retire into Executive Session, pursuant to the provisions of Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code in order to discuss the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee.
24.Take Action on Executive Session.
25.Adjourn meeting.
