It is apparent that Cyndi’s situation is your concern. The 2 invoices that were put in to be paid with a check that you had me pull and pay with the credit card for Cyndi that totaled $2850, I felt very uneasy about. There was not a PO put in with the invoices. I know if anyone else in the county asked if we could pay an invoice with a credit card for someone who was as a vendor with a date not even 2 weeks prior on the invoice, you would have said no.
So why was this done? Apparently this person quit the job after this.
Remember two things. First, two commissioners have said that Gray would not have a job involving money… and she does. Second, she has a record for theft.
