Cindy Gray (Cyndi) felony record- Should Someone with a Felony Theft Indictment Be Working in payroll (Somervell County)

Suzanne Graves hired her to work in payroll with the stipulation she handle no money (I talked personally to Graves about this, who is no longer working at Somervell County govt) I have also been told by two different county commissioners that they would not have Gray handle any type of money or payments. That has proven not to be true.
