Been a heck of a few months. Was sick, got better and then caught some variation of flu.. again. The whole winter situation has made me reluctant to go around people very much. When covid was on, I was not sick once, and I attribute that to both wearing a mask and also avoiding being in closed spaces around others.
Needed to update the software here, but also thought I might just put on some completely new software-not installed yet; ran into a snag. So, I instead updating the wordpress software here, with posting comments declined for now till I get a captcha. There was a LOT of spam before and it was a pain in the wazoo to have to moderate it. At some point when /if I get the other software running, this will be moved to an archive.
I have been alarmed and disgusted at the behaviour of what is clearly an immoral and demented man, Trump, so I will probably be writing and sharing info about this. That will include, for the benefit of people who apparently did not take civics in school, descriptions of the 3 branches of government and why what Trump is doing is violating that. That will also include the sycophantic Republican party which is not pushing back on some truly despicable things Trump is not upholding the law on. Astonishing to see what cowards the Republicans are, but I suspect they are being paid off behind the scenes.
