Trump is ignoring the law and trying to make new law with his executive orders, which he is NOT ALLOWED TO DO. Roger Williams wanted to be in Congress and his oath was to the United States, not to Trump or whoever the president happens to be.
Today I read that DOGE, which is not an entity created by Congress, which it is supposed to be, is going to go look at IRS records. Really? WHERE ARE YOU, ROGER WILLIAMS and why are you not vocally standing up against this?????? Are you taking bribes?? So cowardly at best, and your lack of action supporting the law should cause everyone to look side-eye at you and wonder why you are even an elected official.
