  1. Trump put in a brief to the Supreme Court yesterday to basically say “RULE FOR ME THAT I AM IMMUNE FROM CRIMINAL PROSECUTION BECAUSE I WAS PRESIDENT” despite the fact that he has lost every immunity argument up to now. Here’s the brief I saw an article yesterday that a large majority of US citizens do not believe that a president should be immune from criminal prosecution.

2. On Trump’s fraud trial where he tried to hush up the payment about porn star Stormy Daniels. He tried last week to prevent Michael Cohen and Stormy Daniels from testifying, judge ruled against him. There will be a hearing with Judge Merchan on March 25 at which he may set a new date for the trial. Side note that Trump tried to keep the Access Hollywood tape out of the trial, but lost; it won’t be played but the prosecutors can reference it, as well as the Catch and Kill from the National Enquirer.

3. On Trump’s fraud trial that he lost where he has a humongous bond to pay before he can appeal that verdict. the NY Attorney General’s office put in a surreply because Trump said he couldn’t get anyone to give him bond for his fraud trial. It’s worth reading as a whole, you will laugh.

4. The judge in the RICO Georgia case, of which Trump is one defendant, issued a ruling a week or so ago that Fani Willis would stay on the case. Trump asked that he could appeal that decision to the Georgia Court of Appeals and Judge McAfee granted that request today. (P.S. You all know Pence refused to endorse Trump for president- was it because Trump threatened him and tried to get him to do something illegal? Hmmmm)

5. Trump doesn’t like being called a rapist, I guess he would prefer sexual assaulter, despite the fact that the judge in the E Jean Carroll case said what he did was rape. Apparently ABC New’s George Stephanopoulous asked Nancy Mace why she backs Trump despite him being found “liable for rape”, so Trump is trying to sue him for defamation- lol. This case is probably for the benefit of the *marks* he hopes to fool and get some more money from, despite being a *billionnaire* (wink wink)

And guess what, it ain’t defamation if it’s true. Guardian

“As the court explained in its recent decision denying Mr Trump’s motion for a new trial on damages and other relief [in the New York case] … based on all of the evidence at trial and the jury’s verdict as a whole, the jury’s finding that Mr Trump ‘sexually abused’ Ms Carroll implicitly determined that he forcibly penetrated her digitally – in other words, that Mr Trump in fact did ‘rape’ Ms Carroll as that term commonly is used and understood in contexts outside of the New York penal law.

  • Judge Kaplan and screen capture from Judge Kaplan’s ruling

6. We haven’t even talked very much about the additional civil trials from people affected by his actions at the Jan 6 insurrection. He wants to delay them because it might give a clue to the CRIMINAL trials against him what his defenses would be.

7. Judge Aileen Cannon is the absolute worst judge (the Maralago classified documents case. Don’t know if she is just this incompetent or she is corrupt, but read this for yourself. Her latest order is completely absurd.

Side note that Peter Navarro, a stooge who lied for Trump and tried to avoid being subpoened, has lost his case and appeals and went to jail yesterday for 4 months

His conviction was a rare example of a member of Trump’s inner circle being held accountable by the criminal justice system for their resistance to scrutiny. Navarro’s stint in prison comes as Trump himself has yet to face criminal consequences for the various crimes he’s been accused of committing.

“It’s historic, and will be to future White House aides who get subpoenaed by Congress,” Stanley Brand, a former House general counsel who now represents Navarro as one of his defense lawyers, said on Monday.

Navarro’s punishment for evading a House probe will boost the leverage lawmakers will have – under administrations of both parties – to secure cooperation in their investigations.
