In my lifetime, the best president I have had is Barack Obama. I remember going to see him speak in a campaign speech at the Fort Worth coliseum downtown, of course some years back. One of his signature and KIND deals for all Americans was the Affordable Care Act, which is known colloquially as Obamacare. I believe we were gifted with such a smart, thoughtful and law-abiding man.
