I saw this commercial while watching SuperBowl and wondered in what world I would want to be spied on by the world in the name of looking for dogs. I am all for cameras in one’s house or looking out at the yard but completely against RING cameras. Why? Because in the one case the homeowner has control over what the public can see because anyone that wants to violate the privacy of one’s yard has to have the police get a warrant, and in the second, householders are choosing to share their information, voluntarily with the cops. Along that same line, Flock cameras also want to invade people’s property. Note that when I talk about this, I have zero problem with camera on public property or streets, etc, just as the video I got of the Somervell County Annex hallways when my rights were violated by Judge Danny Chambers, County Attorney Trey Brown and some cops. This is with the exception of Flock cameras in school districts sending data to nationwide police departments. Does Glen Rose ISD do this?
Galveston police’s Flock searches that appeared in the Alvin school district audit logs led to several arrests, West said, while several of the investigations remain ongoing. Flock logs show the Galveston county searches were conducted for both criminal and civil immigration investigations.
While the Trump administration maintains its immigration crackdown centers on removing dangerous criminals, ICE arrests of people without criminal records surged to 43% in January. US citizens and immigrants with no pending civil immigration actions against them have similarly been detained.
we need to talk about that Ring Super Bowl ad

Ring is going all in on AI with their new Search Party tool which they introduced in a cute lil commercial about locating a dog. @jasonkoebler.bsky.social on how they've sold fear to the American people and got consumers to build a surveillance dragnet. Listen now: www.youtube.com/watch?v=0JK-…

Palantir is working hand in glove with ICE (Gestapo)
SCOOP: Tensions at Palantir have grown in recent weeks over the company's work with ICE. On Friday, CEO Alex Karp tried to calm concerns in an hourlong video that offered few specifics—instead offering NDAs to workers who want to understand how it's empowering ICE. www.wired.com/story/palant…

No mention of the huge tracking database that they are putting together and using to harass, intimidate and track Americans all brought to us by Palantir? We already live in a surveillance state, they have super charged it.

Peter Thiel… one of the puppet masters controlling the strings? With a net worth of $250 billion, he founded Palantir, enabling gov’t surveillance of Americans via ICE/Trump contracts for data tracking & deportations. Oh, he also doesn’t think poor people or women should have a place in politics

"Unlike, say, data analytics giant Palantir or some other high-profile surveillance companies, [Amazon] Ring is a surveillance network that homeowners have by and large deployed themselves, powered by fear mongering against our neighbors and unfettered consumerism."

I noticed last night that Switerlan’s military has terminated its contract with Palantir.
Switzerland’s military has terminated its contract with Palantir Technologies Inc. following a security audit. The review concluded that U.S. intelligence agencies could potentially access sensitive Swiss defense data, a deal-breaker for the neutrality-focused Alpine nation. This move represents a significant reputational warning for the data analytics firm, with potential ripple effects across other international partnerships.
Neutrality and Security Trump Technological Prowess
An assessment conducted by the Swiss Armed Forces command confirmed the high technical caliber of Palantir’s platforms. However, auditors simultaneously determined there was a “significant likelihood” that confidential information could be accessed by the U.S. government. For a neutral state that is not a member of NATO or other military alliances, this potential backdoor was deemed unacceptable.
The ramifications of this decision may extend beyond Switzerland. Reports suggest that Ukraine—a major Palantir client since 2022, using its software for targeting and reconstruction planning—is now cautiously re-evaluating the cooperation. The core dilemma for nations is clear: where should critical defense data be processed when the underlying platform falls under U.S. jurisdiction?
Interesting to note that Palantir has s contract with the UK, pushed by a guy, Peter Mandelson that was an Epstein creep. Apparently that contract with Palantir was unbidded.
So let's review. Mandelson blackmail scheme got him to allow Palantir to push contracts his way. Who in the USA were forced to push through contracts for Palantir here? @rokhanna.bsky.social @ewarren.bsky.social Tell me you fucking see this right?
