SCS-Somervell County Salon has been a news/opinion site for years. Owned and run by local Somervell resident female who goes by the name of Salon online. (Any and all posts that have *salon* as the author with them are written by me, not anyone else, and from a female point of view) Salon indicates a sense of place for people to gather and discuss topics, in order to please or educate. Note that this site is heavily anti-religious kooks, charletans and conmen, including Trump and most Republican party stooges. I am not on Facebook or anything Meta and my life is much happier for it. This site is free, no advertising, at my own expense.
